1. Policy Overview
Due to the customized, made-in-house nature of Testa Seat products, our return policy distinguishes strictly between Standard (Stock) items and Custom (Made-to-Order) items. Please review the definitions below to determine your eligibility.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products (FINAL SALE)
All customized, made-to-order, or personalized Testa Seat products are FINAL SALE.

No Returns or Refunds: Because these items are manufactured to your specific measurements, color selections, and configurations, we cannot resell or repurpose them.

"Risk of Fit" Waiver: As outlined in our Terms of Service, we build exactly to the measurements provided. We do not accept returns based on "fitment issues" (unless the product dimensions do not match the order specifications) or because the user/child refuses to tolerate the device.

Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
3. Return Eligibility for Standard Items
We offer a 30-Day Return Window for non-custom, standard stock items (e.g., standard accessories, non-customized cushions).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Condition: In clean, gently used condition. Items must be free of stains, biological matter, or physical damage.

Packaging: Returned in the original box with all protective materials and manuals.

Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
4. Fees and Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee: All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This covers inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

$$Refund = (Product Price) - (Original Shipping Cost) - (15\% Restocking Fee)$$
5. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email hello@testa-seat.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Approval: If eligible, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will be rejected.

Ship: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Inspection: Once received, allow up to 5 business days for our team to inspect the item for damage or excessive wear.

Refund: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Reporting Window: You must report any damage, defect, or missing parts within 5 days of delivery.

Process: Email us with clear photos of the damage (including the external box/packaging) and a brief description of the issue.

Resolution: If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishandling, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. European Union (EU) Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, Testa Seat extends this to 30 days to match our standard policy.

Exception for Custom Goods: Per Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Standard Items: For standard non-custom items, you may return them within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized seating.
-
Items showing signs of excessive wear, modification, or physical damage.

Items soiled with bodily fluids (urine, saliva, etc.) due to hygiene regulations.

Items requested for return after the 30-day window.
-
Gift Cards and Sale items marked as "Final Sale."
