What You’ll Do

Customer Outreach

Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and video meetings.
Respond to inquiries across all communication channels with warmth and professionalism.
Guide leads through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Relationship Building

Build and maintain long-term connections with therapists, hospitals, charities, and parent groups.
Engage regularly with customers to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
Conduct follow-ups to assess client needs and collect testimonials or case studies.

Sales Process Optimization

Continuously refine outreach and sales strategies for greater efficiency.
Leverage tools like CRM systems, automation, and AI to streamline communication.
Collaborate with management to explore new growth opportunities.

Marketing & Communications (Advantage)

Help create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Support the development of materials that highlight our products and mission.

Who You Are

A strong communicator who connects easily with diverse audiences.
Confident in presenting to individuals and groups, both online and in person.
Familiar with tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
Comfortable using CRM platforms (experience with Streak is a plus or willing to learn).
Proactive, independent, and resourceful—you thrive in dynamic environments.
Growth-Oriented: You’re eager to develop your skills and take on new challenges.
